Molly Sims is more than just a pretty face. Born on May 25, 1973, in Murray, Kentucky, she was attending Vanderbilt University in Tennessee when her roommate convinced the green-eyed coed to send some head shots to New York modeling agencies. Shortly thereafter, the then 19-year-old was signed by an agency and sent to London where she worked for several years.
The 5' 9" model has appeared in magazines such as Elle, Vogue, Madam Figaro, Madamoiselle, and Marie Claire. She has also been featured in advertisements for companies such as Nautica, Armani, Chanel, Old Navy, and Maidenform. A competitive swimmer, Sims was a perfect match for the Sport Illustrated Swimsuit Edition. One of her other claims to fame is her work for Victoria's Secret.
Following in the footsteps of Cindy Crawford and Rebecca Romijn-Stamos, Sims has been hosting MTV's fashion show House of Style since 2000. The model has also appeared on the TV series Las Vegas, as well as the movie Starsky & Hutch. In 2005 she was a judge for the Miss USA pageant.
